Exchange Process:

1. Eligibility:

   • To maintain our quality standards, items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in pristine condition with original tags and packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear or alteration cannot be exchanged.

2. Initiating Your Exchange:

   • Request an Exchange: via our customer exchange portal  detailing the size you desire. Please note that mailing us for the request wont be count as request as we have self serve automated customer portal only 
     • Seamless Pickup: We will arrange a convenient pickup directly from your location. A nominal reverse pickup fee of ₹100 will be applicable.
     • Swift Replacement: Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will promptly dispatch your requested size.

3. Exceptions: Please note, bespoke or sale items may not qualify for exchange.

At True Resolve, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 4 days of receiving your order, and we’ll issue a refund as store credits.

       • Hassle-Free Pickup: We’ll arrange a pickup from your location for added convenience. A reverse pickup fee of ₹100 will apply.
       • Store Credits Issued: Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue your refund as store credits, which can be applied toward future purchases at True Resolve

In any case of reverse pickup is not serviceable for the pincode of the location. Customer will be responsible of sending the order back to us at our warehouse
